Gyan Vapi Case: The appeal of the Hindu side for early hearing has been accepted by the Supreme Court, the hearing will be held on November 10

New Delhi: The Supreme Court will now hear the case on November 10, accepting the demand of the Hindu side for an early hearing in the Gyan Vapi case. In fact, the Supreme Court’s order to preserve the purported Shivling circle at the Gyan Vapi Masjid expires on November 12. Therefore, the Hindu side has reached the Supreme Court.
The Hindu side is demanding that the matter be heard before November 12. Now the Supreme Court is ready to do the same. In fact, the Hindu side is not satisfied with the decision of the Varanasi court in this case. In an exclusive conversation with NDTV, the lawyer for the Hindu side, Sudhir Tripathi, said that the court has rejected our plea in which we had requested carbon dating.
He had said: “The court said that any kind of survey in the wazukhana would be a violation of the Supreme Court order. In such a case, we will approach the Supreme Court against the order of the Varanasi Court. Our petitions are in court. The next date is October 17. If so, then the court will decide how to proceed with the hearing of the case.”
Raees Ahmed Ansari, the lawyer of the Muslim side, said that during the hearing, we had referred to the order of the Supreme Court in the court. Any kind of survey or carbon dating would be a violation of the Supreme Court order. If we are given the chance, we will prove that it is a fountain.
