Hate speech case: Rampur court found Samajwadi leader Azam Khan guilty

New Delhi: The Rampur court has declared SP leader Azam Khan guilty in the hate speech case. The sentence will be pronounced at 3 pm today. Azam Khan present in the court has been taken into judicial custody. Let us tell you that during the election in the year 2019, Azam Khan gave a speech in Tehsil Malik, about which the court’s decision has come.
The lawyers of the parties are present in the court. Azam Khan and his son Abdullah Azam Khan are also present. On April 7, 2019, in Rampur, the joint candidate of Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party, Muhammad Azam Khan, while speaking in his election meeting, made several serious allegations against several administrative officials posted in Rampur and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Taking notice of his speech, the Election Commission took action and the in-charge of the video team of the Election Commission filed an FIR. The decision has come today in this case. A case was registered against Azam Khan in serious cases like making inflammatory speech and spreading hatred.
