Madhya Pradesh: Three members of a Dalit family were shot dead by miscreants, one injured

Damoh: 3 members of a Dalit family have been shot dead in Damoh district of Madhya Pradesh. Also, one injured person has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. The firing is blamed on the influential Patels of the village. A dispute broke out between the two families after a woman was allegedly molested in Deoran village of Damoh. The dispute escalated to such an extent that the accused shot dead 60-year-old Ghamndi Ahirwar, his wife Raj Pyari and their 30-year-old son Manik Ahirwar on Tuesday morning.
Manik’s brother has also been shot and has been admitted to the district hospital for treatment. 6 accused in the case are absconding. Superintendent of Police, Damoh DR Tinewar has confirmed this.
