Protecting human rights and restoring its dignity and striving for it is the moral and religious duty of every human being.  The importance of protecting human rights can be guessed from the fact that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) immediately after the emigration Performed the feat in the context of humanity which is referred to in history as the Meesaqe Medina(constitution of Medina). This historical and first written document of human rights comprised of 52 Articles. The treaty included all the tribes of Medina and awarded them all the basic rights and privileges.  The important point of this agreement is that these provisions were not merely paper adornments, they were enforced on the ground level and for the first time in writing, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) introduced humanity with the principles of democratic system and their protection  .  Along with this, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) gave a very comprehensive and stable tradition of respect for religions  in the mixed society.  If we look at other civilizations in the world, it turns out that in 1215 CE, another law was established in the name of human rights which we know as Magna Carta.  This practice does not cover all human rights which were needed .  In addition, hundreds of written documents and pledges of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in the history of Islam are recorded on the page, which will always strengthen human rights and its greatness and security.  On the occasion of Hajjataul wada (farewell haj) in 632 AD  Prophet delivered his  last historical sermon.   This is considered the most authentic and the oldest human rights document.  The premise of this sermon is laid out on the basis of truth.  Which clearly states.  “All human beings are equal.  No one has the superiority over another on the basis of race, caste and family, nor any Arabic on non-Arabic nor whites on black. Remember the premise of the Universal Human Rights Charter has been derived from the sermon .  ۔ Islam has basically given the human beings six rights (1) protection of life (2) protection of honor and dignity (3) protection of wealth (4) protection of children (5) protection of employment (6)   Protection of belief and culture etc. Come, 71 years ago, on December 10, 1948, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is commemorated annually by the re-commitment, renewed pact, every year.  The manifesto contains 30 provisions, which collectively defend all the rights of human life, irrespective of any religion, belief, color, race, nation or country.  It is the responsibility of each member of the UN to respect the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” as a member and guarantee the citizens of their country their rights. According to the UN human rights charter and resolution, human beings around the world have every right to live, the right to live in equality, or freedom of expression, economic, social and cultural rights, including employment,  Social protection, education, health, development and other rights.  The following are some of the provisions of this World Charter:  “Everyone is born free; he is not inferior in his rights .” Everyone is entitled to all the freedoms and rights that are set forth in this Declaration, and the rights, regardless of race, color, gender, language, religion or political distinction, or of any belief, nation, society, wealth or family,  Status, etc. will remain intact . ” No person can be held as a slave or slave girl.  Slavery and “fornication, whatever its form, will be forbidden.” All are equal in the eyes of the law, and all are entitled to equal protection without any discrimination “against the declaration that any discrimination to be promulgated  . ” Every human being has the full right to freedom of thought, freedom of conscience and freedom of religion. “The right to change religion Including the freedom to perform religious rituals. ” Every person has the right to have his or her own opinion and freedom of expression. This includes the right to establish their opinion freely and to seek knowledge and ideas without having to think of the borders of the country.  To receive them and to preach  them. ”  Sadly, on this day, human rights abusers around the world celebrate the World Day of Human Rights under the umbrella of the United Nations.  Celebrating World Human Rights Day is futile, unless so-called human rights activists and other nations and the United Nations provide practical evidence of respect for humanity.  Syria, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Afghanistan, Burma, Palestine and so on,  Where there are widespread human rights abuses.  The human rights situation in Palestine, especially in Gaza, is not hidden from anyone and the world’s great powers are staring into the eyes.  Rather, the people are still deprived of their basic rights, as promised by the United Nations itself.  Moreover, the oppression of mankind in the name of caste has been going on for centuries.  Born in a high caste household, he can oppress the lower caste in every way.  How can a person with this quality of superiority be prevented from oppressing other humans?  Poverty, unemployment, anarchy and corruption-prone people are  not only deprived of their own rights but also of consciousness. so we have to revise our words and actions while celebrating the International Day of Human Rights. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, also known as the Universal Charter, was drafted by a United Nations Committee during 1947 and end of 1948.It was followed by further debates and amendments in the General Assembly and the Economic and Social Council,Which are the leading subsidiary organs of the UN.  The committee that drafted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was comprised of the most qualified people from 9 countries, including the United States, China, Lebanon, Australia, Chile, France, the USSR, the United Kingdom and Canada.  Eleanor Roosevelt, who is from the United States, was chairman of the committee.  When the General Assembly approved the landmark bill, it made its announcement simultaneously, and then all Member States were urged to publicize the same in their own country and participate in its broadcasting.  For example, it should be circulated in prominent places, especially in schools and educational institutions, to be read and explained in detail, and in this regard no distinction is made regarding the political status of a country or region.  ۔ After knowing these facts, we can say that within it three key points have been emphasized: the freedom and protection of an individual, the justice and the third equality. It is the responsibility of every member of the United Nations to respect this Universal Declaration and in the light of it  to ensure the rights of citizens of their country. Rights such as right to live,  right to equality  without discrimination, freedom of expression, economic, social and cultural.  Rights include recognizing and enforcing it for every country that has become a member of the United Nations. If the situation of the present world is taken into account, it is clear that the way Islam has protected and respected all human rights areas is its own example.  Meesaqe Medina, Hajatal wada Fateh Makkah and other documents are proof that – on earth-prophet presents a comprehensive and complete system of human rights that encompasses all aspects of human rights.  Even the pioneers of other civilizations sought to present the concept of human rights by taking light from these documents.  But the fundamental question arises as to whether the UN has enforced the Charter, the Declaration of Security and the Self-Defense, and are implementing it honestly and reliably with countries that seek to raise human rights worldwide.
